Returns Policy

REFUNDS: All returns for change of mind must be made within 14 business days. You can return for an exchange, credit or refund however postage is at your expense. You will receive an email notification once our return has been received however please note, it can take up to 5 business days for the bank to process the refund. The item must be returned as it was originally sent. Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please call us immediately via phone or email and we will sort this out right away for you.
